Activity focused on data treatment. Thanks to the thorough knowledge of BI and CPM technological platforms, the knowledge worker collaborates with the project team for developing any model of analysis or planning in a multi-dimensional environment.

Activities of analysis and modeling of the different company processes – sales & marketing, supply chain, HR management – which are peculiar to the project. The knowledge worker brings his own expertise of comprehension and return of key performance indicators and budgeting, planning and forecasting models.
