In our experience, we set up a procedure for project management of Business Intelligence and Performance Management which is characterized by a loop of overlapping and concurrent phases. Analysis, development and continuous deployment allow a constant alignment between informational management needs and functional requirements of the data model. This new approach allows us to speed-up inner-project processes and outcomes, which can be modeled for the entire development phase.
