The availability of measurements and indicators alone does not guarantee an efficient decision-making process. Entrepreneurs, managers and collaborators are needed to interpret numbers, give them meaning, and take on the responsibility of making the required choices. The academy aims to create training sessions which encourage the management toward the effective use of information, performance sharing, data-driven decision-making, goals-oriented work and collaboration in problem-solving. They are ad-hoc projects of each training tool; they combine team-taught classes, coaching activities, team working and role play, customized to the specific needs and the current level of maturity of the management.
